The first time you make a purchase you will be required to register, and at that point you will establish a username and password for your account. Please note your login username and password for future transactions. If you have lost your username and password it can be recovered from the password recovery form.
We accept credit cards (Bankcard, Visa & Mastercard) only through our online store.
When your credit card is charged
We charge your credit card at the time you submit your order, even if the order is a pre-order. An order must be paid for in one payment - it is not possible to break an order up into separate payments.
If a Card Is Declined
If you received a declined order notification it means your bank has rejected our request to charge your card. This could happen due to a number of different reasons, including: incorrect expiry date, insufficient funds, cancelled card or other. If this occurs we are unable to process your order and will consequently contact you via email with instructions on how to proceed further. Contact us for more information.
When you have placed your order we will send you an email verifying the order you have placed, and will endeavor to process the order within the following business day. If for unforeseen reasons your order takes longer than expected we will contact you.
Some items in the catalogue may be available to order prior to their scheduled date of release. The product page will show the release date of the title. We endeavour to ship pre-ordered products three business days prior to the release of the title in order to grant pre-order customers the best opportunity to receive the title in advance of it's release, but please be aware that there will be a delivery time associated with the shipping method you select.
If you place pre-ordered products in the shopping cart alongside products which are available immediately, the available products will be shipped when the pre-ordered product is available. If you would like to receive the other products sooner, please group them into a separate order.
Out of Stock Titles
If a title is out of stock it will say so under the cover image on the title's product page. Click on the "When will this be in stock?" button and we will email you of the status of the title you're after, and how long it will be until the title is available.
It is possible that we may no longer carry a title that may have been available in the past through Siren Visual. If you have any inquiries about any particular release, please contact us.
Orders of a single DVD are charged a flat rate of $6.16AUS anywhere within Australia. Express post for a single DVD is $8.00AUS.
Orders of more than one DVD (over 500 grams) are calculated according to total weight.
PO Box deliveries are acceptable.
International shipping rates are dependent upon weight, destination, service and insurance options. They follow Australia Post's standard Airmail rates and Express Post International rates. The rate is calculated automatically during the checkout process, or alternatively you can visit Australia Post's website to calculate costing yourself: www1.auspost.com.au/pac/int_parcel.asp
Note: the weight of a DVD is 110g, plus a 50g shipping container
International Delivery Times
If you chose to ship your order by Australian Air Mail the delivery times average between 5-14 days. If you chose to ship your order by Express Post International your order will leave the country for your destination the next day, which will improve your delivery time. Occasionally international mail may experience delays as thousands of items go through the mail system daily and can be subject to being mis-sorted and/or mis-directed. Unfortunately these delays are beyond our control. We must allow at least 5 - 6 weeks before we can order an investigation for any late delivery.
Import Duties & Taxes
You may have to, depending on where you live. Unfortunately the rules vary from country to country so it's impossible for us to predict what charges you may incur. If you have any questions you should contact your local customs office for further information. When you order something from sirenvisual.com.au, you are considered to be the importer of goods and so you have to comply with the laws and regulations of the country where you are receiving the goods.
If you select the standard delivery option your order will be sent via Australia Post surface mail. Australia Post's service is generally very reliable, but sometimes packages become delayed within the postal system. If your package does not arrive, please check thoroughly with your local post office and wait a minimum of 10 business days before lodging a query with us.
Siren Visual will refund or exchange any item within 2 weeks of the purchase date (4 weeks for international purchases), provided the item is in immaculate and unspoiled condition. Returns will be approved at our discretion and postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. If the disc is damaged upon receipt, we will be unable to accept the goods and they will be returned to you.
Please contact us with the notification of the item and the reason for the return and we will respond with instructions on how to proceed.
If you would like to cancel your order prior to shipping please contact us and we will respond with instructions.
Siren Visual will never disclose any customer’s personal information obtained via our website to any third party. Personal information includes credit card details, names, email addresses, postal addresses and passwords.
Your Account Profile
In order to process your order we are required to obtain certain relevant information from you, including your name, delivery and billing address, email address and phone number. This information is stored securely on our web server and under no circumstances will we divulge your personal details to any third party.
Any statistical information regarding sales or page visits may be used internally for marketing purposes, or at our discretion forwarded to reputable third parties. This data contains no personal information, as defined under the heading “Privacy” above.
The Siren Visual website utilizes and stores cookies on your computer to record an id we use to identify your session, so we know what's in your shopping basket and whether you need to be charged GST - this information is vital for our online shopping process. Cookies are used for this purpose only and are in no way a detriment to your PC or online shopping experience.
Credit Card Information
We at Siren Visual take every effort to insure your credit card details are protected from any unauthorized party. We use the SSL protocol (Secure Sockets Layer). SSL uses 128 bit encryption to protect your personal information from being intercepted by an unauthorized party and is the standard used by all reputable e-commerce sites.
