Irabu Ichiro is a psychiatrist who lives in a colourful alternate version of Tokyo. His methods of dealing with his patients are unorthodox to say the least. 11 Patients visit him for psychological help, each one receiving an injection from Irabu’s sultry nurse – a practice Irabu seems to take obscene pleasure in witnessing.
